d. The itinerary looked great on paper, but in reality, everything was poorly managed. The hotel was below standard, not even close to what was shown during booking. Transportation was always delayed, uncoordinated, and very uncomfortable. There was no proper communication from the agency once the payment was made — I had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, I got vague or delayed responses. The local support in Dubai was almost nonexistent, and I felt completely left on my own without any reliable help. Activities were rushed, poorly organized, and lacked the professionalism I expected for the price I paid. Overall, this trip turned into a stressful experience rather than an enjoyable vacation. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through House of Travellers or Travel Triangle — they are not trustworthy and do not deliver on what they promise.

the actual itinerary, however, the hotel reserved for our stay was not up to the mark. I have previously booked trips with Travel Triangle, but this time the hotel was a disappointment to say the least. Hotel receptionists were not co-operative, mismanaged, not synced with one another, and could not accommodate simple requests from us. So what could have been a good experience turned out to be an ok ok one. Beautiful locations and spots in the itinerary.
